A Rhode Island native, Rachel has been enchanted by the coastal splendor of Mount Desert Island since 2008, where she shares her life with her husband Mathew, an esteemed local, her teenage stepson Alister, and their two beloved beagles, Lucy and Otis, who charmingly serve as the unofficial board members of R.L. Sisson Events.
